The platform confirms that it: Is not an open e-marketplace. Does not conduct e-commerce activities. Does not charge brokerage commissions. Does not provide payment gateways or financial collection systems. All financial, contractual, and logistical transactions take place the platform’s technical scope and are conducted directly and independently between the concerned parties.
2. Data Sovereignty and Prohibition of Unauthorized Use
The availability of contact data (identities, phone numbers, email addresses) is strictly intended to facilitate direct and purposeful business communication between parties. It is strictly prohibited to: Collect data (automatically or manually), copy, or reuse it outside the exhibition context. Use the data for unauthorized marketing or commercial purposes. Any violation of this clause constitutes a serious breach of data protection standards (GDPR), and the violating party shall bear full legal, criminal, and financial liability. The platform administration is fully exempt from any misuse conducted by third parties.
3. Broadcasting and Communication Protocol
All audio and visual broadcasting channels are subject to a time-exclusive policy and are activated solely through the exhibition’s closed network during the official event period (72 hours). It is strictly prohibited to: Record, reproduce, distribute, pirate, or intercept digital content. Use any content without prior written permission. The administration bears no responsibility for any misunderstandings resulting from it.
4. Archiving and Strategic Reporting System
The user explicitly agrees to the recording and retention of text interactions and chat logs as a permanent analytical and statistical reference, without automatic deletion after the event ends. This data is used exclusively for: Preparing exhibitor performance reports Supporting market analysis Serving partner entities (such as chambers of commerce and industry) All of this is conducted within a strict framework of technical confidentiality.
5. Nature of Service and Operational Limitations
- Profile Page: Represents an official digital business profile dedicated to presenting company information and product samples.
- Operational Linkage: Full utilization of the virtual office requires the presence of a Smart Operational Capacity Unit on the exhibition floor, as it serves as a direct digital extension of the physical space.
- Data Continuity: Contact data remains stored as a permanent business reference, with the exhibitor’s right to request modification or deletion within five (5) working days.
6. Product Certification and Documentation System (Direct Exchange)
The platform does not store or host product certificates or technical reports. These documents are exchanged directly between parties outside the system (via email or other communication channels) to ensure the highest level of commercial confidentiality.
7. Legal Validity of Digital Signature and Penalties
Clicking the “Accept” button constitutes a legally binding electronic signature and a final acknowledgment of all terms and conditions, along with full responsibility for the accuracy, ownership, and authenticity of the displayed content.
