The Hybrid Smart Expo model is the exclusive property of AMAR EXPO and is developed and supervised under the protection of the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. AMAR ALHAMAMME.

Intellectual Property Ownership

The Hybrid Smart Expo model constitutes an original commercial innovation exclusively developed by AMAR EXPO. This innovation encompasses all operational, digital, and organizational components, including but not limited to:

  • The operational methodology and workflow mechanisms

  • The hybrid integration system between physical on-site exhibitions and live digital platforms

  • Exhibitor management and participation systems

  • Visitor reception, guidance, and arrangement methods

  • Spatial planning and internal exhibition area distribution

  • Presentation methodologies and direct interaction systems

  • Digital platform infrastructure, exhibitor pages, and operational systems

This model is classified as a protected commercial trade secret at both national and international levels and is subject to applicable laws governing the protection of approved business models and intellectual property.

Scope of Legal Protection

Legal protection applies comprehensively to all elements of the model, including:

  1. Operational Model: All procedures, stages, steps, and workflows that form the internal operating mechanism of the exhibition.

  2. Digital and Hybrid Infrastructure: All systems integrating live physical spaces with digital environments within the exhibition.

  3. Design & Organizational Structure: Layouts, space distribution, dimensions, product display methods, screen systems, and audio-visual arrangements.

  4. Electronic Platform: Design, creation methods, exhibitor pages, product presentation techniques, and systems for direct interaction and partnerships.

  5. Published Content: All written materials, descriptions, explanations, drawings, diagrams, and operational structures published through the platform.

Official Warning Against Infringement

It is strictly prohibited for any individual or entity to engage in any of the following actions:

  • Copying, replicating, or producing identical or similar versions of the model

  • Using any part of the Hybrid Smart Expo methodology

  • Reproducing the model or developing derivative or competing models based on it

  • Imitating the organizational, operational, or digital structure

  • Exploiting the hybrid integration system or attempting to reimplement it

  • Using any content or operational mechanisms without prior authorization

Any attempt to circumvent these protections—whether direct or indirect, full or partial, apparent or concealed—shall be deemed a serious violation of intellectual property and commercial rights belonging to AMAR EXPO.

Legal Actions and Penalties

AMAR EXPO reserves the full and unrestricted right to take immediate legal action without prior notice, including but not limited to:

  • Filing intellectual property infringement lawsuits domestically and internationally

  • Claiming financial compensation for any commercial or operational damages

  • Submitting reports to international authorities responsible for the protection of trade secrets

  • Requesting the removal of infringing content from global digital platforms

  • Implementing measures to suspend or block the activities of infringing parties

  • Pursuing violations through international legal offices

No use of the model or any part thereof is permitted without explicit written authorization issued by the senior management of AMAR EXPO.
